TT20

The TT20 is a compact cousin to the original TT trailer and satisfies the requirements of vehicles that may be wider and lower than average or perhaps where storage requirements dictate that the narrow overall width (2.03m) of the TT is necessary. The TT20 is available in two length versions, 3.6m and 4.2m both with a 2000 Kg gross and a 1350 Kg loadcapacity.

The TT trailers: safety and comfort by design
Once the vehicle is secured onto the trailer using recommended wheel location straps, trailer towing performance being very well balanced is exceptional. The overall narrow width and ‘clean’ sides of the trailer contribute to a relaxed towing experience.

Loading operations are made all the more straightforward with the use of lightweight Aluminium loading ramps located conveniently under the full width trailer deck. Releasing the ramps from behind the retaining door is just a matter of sliding back the securing locks. The same ramp system is used on all TT models with ramp loading operation.

TT30 & 35

Both TT30 & TT35 models are the benchmark Transporter Trailer, used by many vehicle transport operators throughout the country. The effective chassis layout has been unchanged for decades and is light and stable, while all operational details have been improved continually.

All TT models include a powerful two speed manual winch and a spare wheel / tyre. A special 5.2m long bed option is available and is suitable for long wheelbase commercial vehicles.

No fuss convenience Lightweight Aluminium loading ramps are easy to use, they offer grip and are operator friendly. The chassis has many wheel strap location points along both sides.

All TT models include a powerful two speed manual winch and a spare wheel / tyre. A central articulating pulley allows the winch pull position to be low and central, ideal for vehicle loading. Optional LED light sets are available for all TT trailers.

The combination of hydraulic lift tilt-bed and Aluminium loading ramps creates the ultimate open transport solution for the widest and lowest cars. The operation of this unit is extremely convenient and safe and includes a well designed ramp system offering flexibility with the ramp locations.

TT30 & 35 Tilt-bed

Occasionally a simple idea gives birth to a new form. The original TT trailer has been transformed with the addition of a hydraulic operation tilt-bed. From the first design stage many new and innovative ideas have been included with the intention being to create a thoroughly modern car transporter trailer, offering maximum value and real world practicality.

Ready for work
TT trailers are extremely durable, designed for a long and often hard life. Running gear is specified very carefully to guarantee reliability.

Rethinking the obvious
Using an optional fully adjustable wheel stop bar ensures you can load to a known point on the trailer every time. The impressive engineering used in this brand new device is evidence of the depth of experience used to create the new TT-Tilt bed trailers.

An Aluminium and steel rear loading panel is light and functions effortlessly. It can be stored ‘lay flat’ for towing unladen, saving fuel.
